Your warmth, empathy and smile and professional appearance are great attributes, and make for easy communication – as do the offers of a cuppa ! All this in a timely and relaxed manner – and I never feel rushed. I recall that when I was in Britain a couple of years ago and I emailed a concern, you replied personally and promptly, even though you were on a family holiday in Fiji.

Over the years, I have been grateful for the high level of professional expertise you have demonstrated when dealing with my affairs. This was particularly evident when Iretired, as my tax return was quite complex that financial year. I had confidence in, and was grateful for, the advice and assistance you gave. The spread sheets set up then for record keeping have made subsequent tax returns stress free for me.
